Technical Service Analyst Mopar Vehicle Protection

The Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) Technical Service Analyst is responsible for handling and executing dealer and customer contacts. Applicants must have basic knowledge of Mopar Vehicle Protection processes, policies, procedures and be positioned to communicate to internal and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, in several multifaceted functions in Operations for MVP.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate s degree and working towards completion of a Bachelor s degree
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of DealerConnect, VIP, ECCI, Imaging and GWA
  • Able to work closely with management and offer suggestions to help improve the quality of the customer experience and efficiency of the team
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on this information
  • Proven ability to identify issues with high level
  • Willing and able to multi-task and maintain the necessary flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Customer service experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
