Business Unit Manager-Extrusion Blow Molds and Tooling

Job Summary:
Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with international accounts by planning, directing and coordinating the most efficient and cost effective resolution of customer requests and issues while sustaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with Milacron and its products and services.
Essential/Key Functions:
Manage global Extrusion Blow Molds & Tooling (EBMT) marketing and sales
Create a strategic marketing plan for EBMT and assist with global strategic plans annually
Take ownership of financial and key performances indicators
Responsible for margin performance and support for the Mold P&L.
Manage the global forecast for EBMT sales opportunities
Set the pricing policies and prices for the EBMT line to remain competitive
Develop pricing schemes that maximize profitably
Create and manage new product development budgets.
Participate with sourcing employees to remain cost competitive with high quality components.
Drive the global forecast with the Regional Area Managers for EBMT
Provide a molds forecast in anticipation of highly probable orders to have a competitive lead time advantage
Develop customer specific strategies
Participate and/or manage key account relationships
Maintain significant industry relationships with complementary suppliers, industry associations, etc.
Ensure commercial logistics are in place to respond to customer requests, quotations, technical issues, etc.
Assume primary responsibility for depth and scope of the EBMT product lines
Drive new product development programs.
Lead the development of programs that ensure all newly built reciprocating screw and shuttle machines are equipped with Milacron molds
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Global Product Managers for both the reciprocating screw and shuttle technology platforms
Guarantee proper training programs are developed and available for customers and the sales team. Also be capable of providing such training, with the ability to ?train the trainer?
Coordinate the necessary equipment and staff are at the site of the Factory Approved Trial (FAT) to ensure the molds and tooling are quickly, efficiently and cost effectively tuned in for an expedient trial
Develop and monitor inside sales metrics with the mold product managers ensuring the information accumulated and disseminated is reflected properly.
Extensive travel to customers, suppliers, strategic partners, etc.
Attend trade shows, seminars, conferences either as a participant or attendee

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
