X1-$300/ Heart of gold X2-$150/Perfect Attendance X2-$150/Picking up shifts We offer flexibility with longer and shorter shifts with a ranged wage- $15.
50 an hour for 3 hour and up shifts, $20.
00 an hour for 2 hour shifts, and $30.
00 for an hour or less.

RESPONSIBILITIES Providing companionship and conversation Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing Planning and preparing meals Providing medication reminders Providing transportation to and from appointments Helping family members learn safe care techniques QUALIFICATIONS Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care Valid driver's license, active auto insurance and a vehicle Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Tolerance to small pets (i.
e.
dogs and/or cats) Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies Daily access to email, internet and cell phone Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
