Responsible for safety, product quality, efficiencies, inventories, production reporting, production planning, man power plans, and product costs.
Supervise, mentor, train 3 team leaders.
Develop, suggest, and direct improvements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or technical program Ability to develop teamwork and advance employee development.
Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills Demonstrated progression of responsibility in supervisory and leadership positions Experience in progressive production techniques, root cause analysis, and procedures (ISO, SPC, etc.
) Knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostic and repair techniques/systems Experience/working knowledge in production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP Above average knowledge of Microsoft excel.
Ability to identify the big picture in all components of decision making Willingness to be hands on with the production process when needed Job Type:
