We are a small financial firm located in Tecumseh, Michigan that specializes in tax preparation, financial investments, and financial management.
We are seeking a receptionist to join our team for the upcoming tax season.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is detail-oriented and efficient.
Our office is very fast-paced so we are looking for someone who can stay on task and is focused.
JOB
Summary:
The primary purpose of the receptionist is to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet clients with efficiency and accuracy.
The office manager will provide guidance and supervision of the position.

Responsibilities:
Assist in answering phones and setting appointments for clients Greet incoming and outgoing clients Scan documents into electronic filing system May also be asked to preform special projects as assigned Required/Preferred
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in office administration or customer service Knowledge of general office equipment and programs Ability to maintain confidential client information Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Ability to work independently as well as with the team Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and clients Maintain a positive attitude towards assigned work, clients, and team members Hours and

This position can be either full-time (at least 40 hours weekly) or part-time (at least 20 hours weekly).
This position is seasonal for the upcoming tax season beginning January 2024 through April 2024.
Start date and end date to be determined.
Office hours during tax season are 9:
00 am to 7:
00 pm Monday through Saturday but can be flexible as needed.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
