Our small business is looking for a bright, hardworking individual to join our team as a receptionist/secretary.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to our office in a well-organized, efficient manner.
A great fit for this position must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the owners and employees.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Answer phones in a professional manner.
Type, sort, and distribute paperwork.
Gather and organize materials for meetings.
Monitor appointments and schedule meetings.
Running Errands (Post office, Bank, ect.
