Hold daily shift meetings Assign presses/breaks Monitor press priorities Monitor employees Verify materials at presses (packaging, resin, etc.
) Daily shift reporting Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Monitor employees and enforce policies Verify cell lay-outs/set-up Monitor production quality Daily shift meetings/reporting/breaks/press priorities Verify presses have correct materials (resin, packaging, etc.
) Maintain 5S order on presses Safety
Qualifications:
Basic math, reading, and writing Prior Team Leader experience Working Conditions:
Work will be in a manufacturing environment.
Will be exposed to noise when working in production areas.
Ability to work weekends when circumstances and workload requires, as assigned by Management Job Type:
